Kairos Adventures was announced as the winner of the Community Service Award during Land Rover’s third annual Defender Service Awards ceremony at the Iron Horse Ranch in Somerville, Texas. As the sponsor of the community service category, ei3 is honored to recognize and support the efforts of this non-profit organization by awarding them a $25,000 cash prize. This reflects our gratitude for Kairos Adventures’ achievements and continuous contributions to local communities, and highlights our commitment to supporting them in expanding their meaningful initiatives.
Kairos Adventures, based in Casselberry Florida, is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through a variety of arts-based and community engagement activities. Their innovative arts programs, including drama, dance, music, martial arts, and culinary arts aim to inspire individuals to discover their purpose and potential. At the core of their philosophy is the ancient Greek word “kairos” — meaning the right time for crucial action. The organization believes that active participation and engagement within the community empower their artists, with “moments of kairos” being experienced every day, viewing the artists themselves as “kairos.”
“Presenting this award to Kairos Adventures is truly an honor. It's a heartfelt acknowledgment of their remarkable efforts. We are inspired by the profound positive impact they bring to the lives they touch and are grateful to be able to support this mission.”

In addition to the cash prize from ei3, the organization will receive a custom Land Rover Defender 130 SUV. This new vehicle offers full customization with accessories specifically tailored to the needs of their mission, along with a custom exterior vehicle wrap. Thanks to an additional $5,000 award from Chase, the presenting partner, Kairos Adventures will have the means to expand their initiatives and deepen their positive impact on local communities.
